Our Total Care Process

You're involved from the start. We're involved beyond the finish.

As a trusted homebuilder for more than 25 years, we have developed and refined a multi-step customer care process—our Total Care Process—to ensure that owners like you are involved at every critical stage of construction. It's a chance for you to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that go into the creation of your new home. It's also a chance for you to enjoy the rare and thrilling experience of watching what was once just an idea, a notion, a dream, take shape.

But the process doesn't stop with construction. It goes well beyond the time that you move into your new home to make sure that living in your home is more delightful than you'd imagined.

Here are the six steps:

  1. Pre-Construction Meeting

    Before construction begins, you're guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the construction process.

  2. Pre-Drywall Frame Walk

    Prior to drywall installation, a Blenheim Homes' production supervisor gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, verify optional features you have selected, and have any questions you may have answered.

  3. Quality Assurance Inspection

    Before your final walk-through, Blenheim Homes conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. At this time, any needed repairs or touch-ups are made, and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Settlement Orientation.

  4. Pre-Settlement Orientation

    When your home is finished, a Blenheim Homes' production supervisor will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

  5. 30-Day Follow-Up

    Once you are all settled in, we schedule a service check approximately one month after closing.

  6. Year End Follow-Up Visit

    11 months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
